"Pixels of Us" is a poetic nod and revelation of this modern visual narrative where every captured photograph becomes a pixelated mosaic of our lives. In our little black mirrors lies a collective tapestry of our existence rendered in the language of pixels. Pixels of Us is not just a brand name, it is a celebration of the pixels that compose the symphony of our lives that is— this shared human experience.

FAQs

  • First things first, let's chat! I love getting to know my clients, so we'll kick things off with a cozy conversation. I'll ask you about your passions, interests, and what gets you excited.

Then we get into what I call “the warm-up session”. Say you're a little shy at the beginning, right? Me too! And that's totally normal because we’ve just met. That's why I call it our warm-up session. We'll ease into things together, and before you know it, those nerves will melt away.

Next up, we'll dive into the magic of photography. Whether we're frolicking in a sunlit field or cozying up in your favorite coffee shop, I'll adapt to the environment like a chameleon. Lighting? Check. Atmosphere? Double check. Now let's capture the magic of the moment.

Throughout our time together, I'll be your guide and cheerleader. Need a little direction? I got you. Feeling spontaneous and want to dance in the rain or strike a fierce pose? I fully support! This session is all about capturing the real you, no filters needed.

As we wrap things up, I'll give you a sneak peek of my favorite shots straight from the camera. Consider it a little teaser of the magic we've created together. Then, it's time for hugs, high-fives, and see-you-laters.

But wait, there's more! Within two weeks, you'll receive access to all your images online. It feels a lot like Christmas morning, but with a gallery full of stunning photos just waiting to be admired.

So, what do you say? Ready to embark on this photography adventure together?

  • Most of my portraits are taken outdooors because I do not own my own studio.

However, depending on what your photography goals are, I am easy to work with and accommodate to your needs. Feel free to ask me how we can make an indoor session happen!

  • To be completely honest I am not a fan of editing my photos according to filter trends. Speaking from experience, most trends eventually die and no longer have the same appeal they did at one point in time. I keep most of my edits minimal and focused on lighting and on the subject itself. I find there to be beauty in the imperfections as it is evidence of human life. I won't edit out freckles, beauty marks, or pimples without your specific request.

  • Absolutely! In our initial conversation, we will discuss photography goals and the possibility of any theme ideas you might have. I am always open to inviting personality, creativity and flare to my sessions!

About Me

Hi there, my name is Victoria. I am originally from the East Coast and native to New York City. Since I was young I’ve had a love for visual arts— from music videos, to musicals, and movies. Any and all things creative! My curiosity for photography started when I was 13. One day after school, I witnessed my neighbor photograph a bride in his backyard garden from my second floor bedroom window. The bride sat beautifully poised in a tree swing that hung from a very tall oak tree in a stunning white gown. I could see his artistic vision all the way from my window. Everything from the lighting, the colors, and the subject perfectly framed in between. This moment sparked my creative interest in photography and I have enjoyed pursuing this venture all these years later!

It has been quite the journey since I picked up my first DSLR camera at age 17. I have gathered much knowledge and experience from photographing weddings, events, portraiture and more. Portrait photography however still takes first place of what I enjoy most. I love being able to capture individuals and convince them of their beauty despite their shyness. To see my clients leave a session with a boost of confidence gives me a sense of fulfillment that makes my job feel less like work and more like fun. Are you looking for a photographer? If so, I do hope you would consider me!
