Yikes, summer is flying by and Alex is starting Kindergarten on Friday. I have taken a few photos since my last website update so I thought I would sneak in an update before the summer was over. Within the 2009: July – September album are pictures of a cool lightning display, Alex's soccer practice and a bike trip to some fields and creeks.  The latest set of photos can be viewed by selecting the Family.Photos link.

New Family Slideshow for April - June

It has been a busy few months leading up to Summer!  I got some free time and I dedicated this to catching up on my photos and have completed uploading them.  Within the 2009: April – June album are pictures from the family gathering before Kassie’s departure to Hawaii, Alex's 5th and my 30th birthday parties as well as the trips to Las Vegas and North Dakota for and Sarah graduation.  The latest set of photos can be viewed by selecting the Family.Photos link.

New Family Slideshow for January - March

Happy Friday the 13th. I was able to take a little time and post a few pictures on the website. I bought a new lens with some of the money I received for the last wedding I did, so I took some time testing it out. Some of the photos posted include a trip to the park with the boys, some candids of Frodo and an evening of Rock Band 2 with Torrey, Rachel, Kirby  and some old friends from the past.  The latest set of photos can be viewed by selecting the Family.Photos link.

Wow, it did not seem like I was busy taking pictures over the past 4 months but it turns out I was wrong.  The latest batch of family pictures have been posted and can be viewed by selecting the Family.Photos link.  The photos include a large gamut of events and locations including Christmas with of Sheena’s new bambino Kourtney, Halloween, Ryan's 1st Birthday party,  a visit from Grandpa Jay, the storm that brought tornadoes near our house and our short but sweet vacations to Pagosa Springs & Estes Park.

Chris & Helen Gibson Wedding

Happy New Years to everyone!  I hope you all were blessed in 2008.  Last Saturday I was given the honor to be the photographer for the Chris Gibson and Helen Stroo wedding.  The ceremony was held at the beautiful Church in Wildlife located in Green Mountain Falls, which is located just outside Colorado Springs.  The reception was held at the Guiseppe’s Old  Depot Restaurant, which is in Colorado Springs.  I have completed posting pictures from the event and they can be viewed by selecting the Wedding.Photos link.

New Family Slideshow for September - Current Pictures

Salut, I hope everyone is enjoying the seasonal transition to fall.  Our family is doing well. We just got back from Estes Park yesterday for a short vacation.  It was chilly and even snowed a bit. Just before I headed out, I was able to get a few new sets of photos posted. The photos include my business trip to Temple Texas, Ryan's B-Day party, a visit from Grandpa Jay, the storm that brought a tornado near our house and our other short vacation trip to Pagosa Springs.

Welcome back, as usual I have been a busy man as of late.  Fortunately, the frequent business travel I had been doing for the past two years has come to an end.  That has left me with a little extra time to get up some more recent family pictures.  I have posted a new set of pictures taken between May and August.  The photos include 4th of July fireworks, Alex’s first camping trip and pictures of the boys in our backyard.  Check out the Family.Photos section to see the new stuff.

New Social Network Links & New Photos Coming Soon

Hola to everyone. I have been busy as usual with the family, travel and work. I am excited to go camping with Alex and Torrey this weekend. It should be nice and cool in the moutains unlike the crazy hotness here in Denver. Before I headed into the woods, I wanted to add a few small items to my website. These are all links to various social networking sites suck as MySpace and Facebook. There are no new photos quite yet, but I have some of the 4th of July and of the boys that will be coming shortly.

Site Redesign

Hey, look I finally got around to doing what I have wanted to do to my website for ages. I finally had some extra time to dedicate to this project, since I have been on vacation this week.  Don’t’ worry this geeky task of revamping by website isn’t the only thing I have been working on.  I have put some time into some video games (geeky as well), completed some honey do’s and many other items and I still have a few days to spare.  Here are the highlights of the site changes.

• Larger and improved photo slideshow

New Photo Slideshow Additions

Just because I haven’t been posting updates to the website, doesn't mean I haven’t been busy taking pictures :).  I I have added two new photo slideshows under Family.Photos.  Due to the changes made, when you select the Family.Photos link it will now go directly to play pictures from the most recently published album.  Upon completion, it willt then open up the “gallery” mode, which used to be first.  From the gallery mode you can select the 2007: October – December gallery if you want to see the second set of new pictures.

New Albums

• 2008: January – April: Pictures of the boys in the backyard, Alex's 4th Birthday party, Ryan as Shrek and more.
• 2007: October – December:  Alex’s first field trip to the local fire station, Christmas 07’, another trip to the zoo and of course lots of picture with Alex and Ryan

Slideshow Tips

FYI - The following tips have been added to the bottom of each slideshow.

• Tip #1 : To save any picture from a slideshow first select it by left clicking your mouse. After the new page opens you can right click the picture and select save to your computer.
• Tip #2: During a slideshow, you can quicly get to older picture by selecting the gallery icon on on top left navation within each slideshow.
